We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Ecommerce Operations Intern to join our team. As an Ecommerce Operations Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our online sales operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in ecommerce operations and an opportunity to contribute to the growth of our online business. To support the operational running of the eCommerce department. Acting as a key point of contact for inter Main Responsibilities Include: 1. Assisting all E-Commerce platform and marketplace channels from setup,planning, execution, review and improvement.
2. Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications.
3. Manage new product uploads, category builds, product detail maintenance, and promotional activities.
4. Manage product listing & optimization, store management, campaign management, stock available maintenance.
5. Work with E-Commerce Manager to develop and implement Web merchandising strategy.
6. Working with external team to fix issues with orders.
7. Liaising with the warehouse regarding the pick/pack/dispatch process.
8. Working with IT to help assist with order flow and systems.
9. Process orders \xe2\x80\x93 performs order entry, and reviews orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data.
10. Any other duties assigned. Qualifications/ Requirements - Strong computer skills in Microsoft Outlook Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizations skills.
- Backend familiarity with Lazada, Shopee and other marketplace seller center is a plus.
- Minimum 1+ year of work experience in e-commerce operations.
- Fast learner about new exciting tools and technologies.
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) Job Type: Internship Salary: $1,800.00 per month Schedule:
