Among our various businesses in consulting and digital growth, we have also successfully launched 5 direct-to-commerce brands over the past 3 years, including in various verticals & geographies such as fashion, automotive, and household products across Singapore, EMEA, and the APAC region.


For our latest direct-to-consumer (D2C) venture based in Singapore and targeting the Singapore market, it is about wellness wearables in the senior space. We have generated 150 orders in the first month and we are looking for an intern to assist in various parts of the operations and join us in our scaling-up journey.



This is an excellent position if you would like to be exposed to the world of e-commerce operations, digital/D2C commerce, product development, and artificial intelligence. It is also ideal if you want to start your own business in future, as you will get to work directly with entrepreneurs. We provide weekly coaching tailored to your goals, and help you over the long-term.


In particular, you will be doing:

50% operations: including customer service, logistics optimization, assisting with packing itself, shipping orders, etc. The items are light (less than 2kg). 50% marketing, strategy & automation: including copywriting for store products, sourcing/procurement, prompting AI to generate product videos

There are no entry requirements in terms of which year or which school you are in, however, you do not need to be highly technical in skill (if you are a final year uni student for computer science or marketing, you might not enjoy this internship much).

Working location:

For the operations scope, you will come into our logistics facility, which is approx. 3 days a week. For the marketing, strategy & automation scope, we adopt a work-from-anywhere policy for the other 2 days of the week.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is mature in your thinking, beyond your years, well-spoken, a good communicator, and curious + hardworking and ready to learn about the working world. For many of you, this might be your first internship, but your positive attitude is the most important here. While no experience is needed, you should have a keen interest in the digital and e-commerce space, as well as the latest technologies such as AI. Most importantly, you have strong work ethics, a positive attitude towards learning new things, and willing to take on all sorts of work in your early career stage.
