Your Role:

As a

Retykle Operations All-Star

, you'll be at the heart of our mission, ensuring our customers love every step of their journey.

What You'll Do:

Order Fulfillment:

Pick, pack, and track inventory like a pro.

Showcase Products:

Take eye-catching photos, upload to the website, and assist in the studio.

Be the Face of Retykle:

Deliver exceptional customer service and champion circular fashion and sustainability.

Shipping & Logistics:

Coordinate with delivery partners, resolve shipping issues, and ensure smooth, on-time deliveries.

Process Optimization:

Help streamline workflows and spot opportunities to improve efficiency.

Data Entry & Reporting:

Keep inventory, orders, and shipment records accurate and up-to-date.

Quality Control:

Inspect products for defects, ensure listings match item condition, and maintain high standards.

Support the Team:

Handle ad-hoc tasks and pitch in wherever needed with enthusiasm.
What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Bonus if you've worked in e-commerce, retail, or logistics, but this is an entry level position so not necessary.

Passion:

Tech, fashion, sustainability, and problem-solving excite you.

Energy:

You thrive in a fast-paced, startup culture and love making processes more efficient.

Skills:

Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated team player.

Language:

Fluent in English.
