e-Commerce Operations Executive
Sephora Digital is seeking a regional eCommerce Operations Executive to power our e-commerce channels with the best-in-class shopping experience and campaigns. The role represents an excellent entry point to a career in digital marketing, onsite merchandising, analytics and e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities:
Site and App Management
\xe2\x97\x8f Manage updates on home, campaign, category and brand pages
\xe2\x97\x8f Manage site-wide product boosting
\xe2\x97\x8f Create and maintain discount codes, promotions and ads modules
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop onsite plans for regional campaigns, and provide post-mortem feedback to improve future campaign performance & operational efficiency

\xe2\x97\x8f Identify technical bugs and file tickets for timely resolution
Home Page Optimisation
\xe2\x97\x8f Create bi-weekly analysis for country homepage performance
\xe2\x97\x8f Conduct bi-weekly calls with country to share insights and form/execute action plans and further evaluate on impact
\xe2\x97\x8f Consolidate monthly and quarterly review of optimization effort and impact
Project & Stakeholder management
\xe2\x97\x8f Drive projects to increase operational efficiency and performance
\xe2\x97\x8f Drive ongoing management and training of our external operational partner
Documentation & Training
\xe2\x97\x8f Create, review and optimize existing processes and guidelines for improved efficiency
\xe2\x97\x8f Create and maintain documentation for operational tasks and processes
\xe2\x97\x8f Enhance documentation with best practices, new processes and features
\xe2\x97\x8f Train external stakeholders and new-hires on business-as-usual processes and guidelines
Prerequisites:
\xe2\x97\x8f Great communication skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Comfortable with Microsoft Office especially Excel and Powerpoint
\xe2\x97\x8f 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience will be beneficial
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience in basic HTML and analytics preferred
\xe2\x97\x8f Team player, able to work well alongside internal & external stakeholders
