Red Dot Photo is a Singapore-based e-retailer for photography & videography equipment--serving creators from hobbyists to studios with trusted brands, fast local delivery, and hands-on advice.

The Role

------------

Oversee more than 10 stores across Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok and Shopify stores, offline retail channel as well as B2B channels. This is a hybrid commercial role: part online trading manager, part retail sales leader. You'll drive weekly sales targets, optimise product listings and campaigns, lead a small sales team, and turn in-store/online traffic into repeat customers.

Key Responsibilities

P&L & Trading

Own weekly/monthly sales targets, margin, and inventory turns.


Plan promos, bundles, and new-product launches (go-to-market calendars).

Merchandising & Content

Optimise titles, meta descriptions, attributes, and images for SEO/GMC.


Maintain product taxonomy, pricing, and stock accuracy in Shopify.

Performance Marketing & CRM

Coordinate with ads/creative on Meta/Google, affiliates, and marketplaces.


Run email/SMS/WhatsApp flows, onsite banners, and conversion experiments.

Retail & Customer Experience

Lead the retail sales team: rostering, coaching, sales playbooks.


Ensure premium consultative service; manage escalations and reviews.

Operations

Forecast demand with suppliers; manage replenishment and RTVs.


Oversee pick-pack-ship SLAs, click-and-collect, and after-sales workflows.

Requirements

----------------

4 years in e-commerce or retail sales management; Shopify experience preferred. Strong grasp of SEO, Google Merchant Center, feeds, and product data hygiene. Comfortable with GA4, Looker/Data Studio, or similar analytics tools. Hands-on with promotions, pricing, and cross-sell/upsell tactics. Team leadership experience (hiring, coaching, performance reviews). Excellent written/spoken English, Mandarin and Malay a plus for supplier/customer communications Passion for photo/video gear is a strong advantage.
