Job Description

We are a fast-growing e-commerce business operating multiple brands across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. As a Warehouse & Logistics Intern, you will support our day-to-day fulfilment operations--ensuring parcels are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. You'll gain real-world experience in e-commerce logistics, inventory handling, and backend platform operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in picking and packing daily online orders from Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok
Help with sorting incoming stock, performing quantity checks, and updating inventory logs
Support the warehouse team in stock arrangement, space optimisation, and zone labelling
Assist in preparing bulk packing during campaign periods (e.g., 8.8 / 9.9 sales)
Scan, record, and prepare items for courier handover and return parcel processing
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the fulfilment area
Learn and support basic usage of Shopee & Lazada Seller Centre for stock-in updates
Learning Opportunities

Exposure to platform tools: Shopee & Lazada seller dashboard, 3PL tracking, returns

Requirements
Diploma/undergraduate student in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, E-Commerce or related fields
Physically fit and able to stand/move for extended periods
Can communicate in English or Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and punctual
Willing to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks
Able to commit minimum 3 months (internship letter/certification provided)
