Overview We are looking for a E-commerce/logistics assistant in Singapore HQ office. This role involves online order fulfillment, packing/unpacking, inventory and labelling management etc.

This is a part-time role that requires at least 6 months committment. No prior experience is needed and training will be provided. Interest and passion for beauty industry is always a plus!

Eunogo Shop launched in 2020 to bring premium beauty & wellness products from South Korea to all those K-beauty enthusiasts who had to pause their travels.Our goal is to provide customers with quality verified beauty & wellness products, which are not easily found or available at mainstream retailers, so that they can discover and learn about these niche brands at an easy and accessible price point.

Our Singapore office/warehouse is located in Eunos.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Packing/unpacking and sorting of products.
• Labelling and quantity/quality checking.
• Organize and manage inventory within warehouse.
• Online order fulfillment and ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner (order tracking, order processing, delivery, lost deliveries and return of customer orders).
• Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Regular stock count of inventory, monthly inventory update and monitor expiration date
• Other Admin/Warehouse Ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications

• Able to commit at least 6 months, 2-3 times a week.
• Able to lift bulky packages
• Attention to details, strong focus in accuracy and strong organization skills
• Proficient in computer and programs including MS Excel.
• Strong interest in beauty/cosmetics is a plus
