Economic/ Accounting Teacher (Singapore)


We are seeking for a passionate and experienced Economic/ Accounting teacher to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of preparing students for the A-Level, IB or IGCSE examinations with special focus on supporting international students.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality small group tutoring for A-Level, IB and IGCSE students. Facilitate interactive classes and provide ongoing mentorship to support student success. Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured and clearly presented lessons that are appropriate to the abilities of all students and consistent with the syllabus requirements. A clear and confident communicator who is organized, proactive, and brings high energy to every task. Possess a deep understanding of the curriculum, examination requirements, and grading criteria to deliver high-quality instruction and support student achievement. Assign homework in accordance with school policy, ensuring it is appropriate to each student's ability while balancing their overall workload. Consistently evaluate students' progress and offer prompt, constructive feedback to foster growth and develop a solid foundation of knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

Have a recognised degree, ( minimum Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics or a related field.

Have at least 3 years of relevant classroom teaching experience

in IB, A-Level, or IGCSE Economics.


Have experience teaching international students is highly preferred.


Strong passion for education, with a high degree of responsibility and professionalism.
