Business Function Global Transaction Services (GTS) is a product group focused on the management and sale of Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Securities & Fiduciary products and services to institutional clients. In GTS Securities & Fiduciary Services, Client Management & Implementation, you will be part of a team that provides sales and services to financial institutions, corporations, and SME customers. Responsibilities
- Supports GTS strategy and framework including competitive landscape and benchmarking;
- Support Business Performance tracking & Monitoring of Scorecard metrics across GTS Group.
- Help coordinate planning process at GTS Group level, with Finance , HR and all locations, on annual budgeting/ forecasting cycles and strategic initiatives.
- Support International Centre business management , focusing on VN and AU.
- Provide or coordinate assessment & insights on industry developments across key topics relating to transaction banking and adjacencies, including but not limited to new technologies, regulatory developments and macroeconomic environment
- Lead change Initiatives and process improvements as assigned
- Drive or support engagements across GTS staff activities, including townhalls and other planned events
- Be an advocate of GTS across region, with internal stakeholders & support partners, as well as represent DBS GTS in external facing engagements
- At least 12 years of working experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather, organize, analyse information with attention to details and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Significant experience managing multiple-stakeholder environments
- Meticulous, highly organized and able to work under pressure in a time-critical environment.
- Purpose driven with strong drive to deliver real outcomes and impact
- Strong project management skill - Develop and track work plans, to achieve the squad outcomes
