We are a team within Group Audit, dedicated to driving our mission of providing independent and objective assessments to enhance the quality and effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal control processes. Our goal is to support OCBC Banking Group in achieving its strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Banking Technology* - Oversees the technology audit portfolio over OCBC Bank\'s application systems, including hubbed systems used by international offices, branches, and subsidiaries (i.e. Bank of Singapore, OCBC Securities, OCBC Bank Hong Kong).
• As a member of the DTA leadership team, establish the vision and strategic direction for the Banking Technology Audit portfolio in alignment with the broader GA and DTA\'s strategic focus. Implement leading and innovative audit practices in transforming both the integrated audit and application audit framework.
• Based on the relevant experience of successful candidate, he/she will oversee a portfolio of Banking Technology domain areas related to Consumer Financial Services/Wealth Management/Financial Crime/Wholesale Banking/Markets/Corporate Functions .

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, or similar.
• Extensive experience in technology audits or related roles within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of banking systems, applications, and technology infrastructure.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for technology and information security in financial services.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth understanding of banking product technology, including core banking systems, payment systems, digital banking platforms, etc.
• Proficiency in managing standalone technology audits and partnering with business audit teams for integrated audits.
• Knowledge of technology risk management, IT governance, and control frameworks.
• Familiarity with security controls, data protection, and privacy requirements for banking applications.

Audit and Compliance:

• Knowledge of audit methodologies and frameworks specific to technology audits.
• Understanding of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO) and risk management principles.
• Experience in developing and implementing technology audit plans and strategies for banking technology.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and ensuring adherence to relevant banking regulations across key OCBC markets.

Leadership and Communication:

• Strong leadership skills to manage a team of application auditors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technology risks in banking applications.

Industry Knowledge:

• In-depth understanding of the banking industry, its products, services, and technology infrastructure.
• Knowledge of emerging technology trends, industry best practices, and regulatory landscape in financial services.
• Familiarity with specific challenges and regulatory landscape in the financial services industry.

Travel Requirements:

• Willingness to travel approximately 10%-20% of the time, primarily within MY/CN with occasional worldwide travel.
