• Design holistic content strategies to reach out to ValueChampion's target audience and support business objectives including traffic, acquisition, conversions and engagement

• Create an editorial calendar, plan tasks and manage a team of writers to meet deadlines

• Ensure that all content produced for ValueChampion's website and social media channels is consistent with ValueChampion's branding and quality

• Manage digital content hubs and channels including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn

• Monitor and analyse website traffic and social media metrics

• Support and manage ad-hoc projects and marketing initiatives when required

• Keep up to date with financial happenings in Singapore and globally

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or equivalent working experience

• Two years of experience in an editorial role; experience in the personal finance industry is a plus but not required

• Experienced in creating content for the web and the social media generation

• Basic understanding of SEO practices in content creation and website maintenance

• An editorial mindset which always seeks to understand how the digital audience consumes content and create them

• Proficient in Content Management Software such as WordPress and Drupal

• Interest in personal finance literacy and has a passion for sharing knowledge with others
