We are seeking a proactive and driven

Editorial Editor

to join our publishing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing potential clients through our provided databases and external connections, pitching our publishing services, and supporting clients throughout the publishing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential clients using our internal databases, media platforms, and professional networks. Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with researchers and institutions. Clearly communicate our publishing offerings to prospective clients, providing tailored guidance to help them publish their research with us. Organize and categorize leads, monitor follow-up activity, and assess client needs to ensure personalized and effective engagement. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the publication process. Provide regular updates on manuscript status, editorial feedback, and key milestones. Support authors through all stages of submission, peer review, and publication. Address queries and ensure a smooth and positive publishing experience. Invite qualified scholars and researchers to join our journal editorial boards, enhancing journal credibility and outreach. Prepare and issue quotations, handle invoicing, and coordinate the collection of publication processing charges. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets set by the company.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferably in Mathematics, Science, Biology, Computer Science, or Medical fields) Sales-driven individuals with strong motivation to meet targets Candidates with or without experience are welcome to apply Prior experience in the publishing industry is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage client relationships and sales targets

Pay: Up to $6,000.00 per month
