Job Description



1. Client Expansion and Project Coordination



Conduct in - depth maintenance of existing benchmark clients in Singapore. Probe into their needs and promote long - term cooperation. Actively explore local customer resources from education and training institutions, primary and secondary schools, universities, and government departments. Establish close connections, formulate targeted cooperation plans, and facilitate contract signings. Collaborate with partners in the bidding process. Precisely match customer needs with the company's products to ensure project implementation and maximize project returns.

2. Project Execution and Delivery



Take charge of the full - process management of projects. Develop detailed implementation plans and milestones, coordinate internal resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality. For primary and secondary school clients, promote the implementation and usage rate of software. Provide customized solutions to optimize teaching scenario applications.

3. Customer Relationship Maintenance



Regularly visit customers to collect feedback on product usage. Provide professional after - sales services to enhance customer satisfaction and renewal rates. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize products and services. Iterate solutions based on customer needs to lay the foundation for subsequent business expansion.

4. Market Insight and Strategy Support



Keep track of changes in Singapore's education policies, market trends, and competitors' strategies to provide a basis for the company's strategic adjustments. Based on market research, put forward innovative business expansion suggestions to contribute to regional market growth

Requirements



Bachlor's degree or above At least 2 year of B2B business development experience in the education technology Working knowledge of the sales process, CRM software, and sales performance metrics Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Products Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven track record of achieving sales quotas Ability to deliver engaging presentations Ability to collaborate and create innovative solutions to solve difficult challenges * Ability to successfully leverage partnerships to achieve strong business results
