Qualifications

- A' levels / Diploma / Graduates

Other requirements

- Highly organized and detail-oriented individual, capable of handling a wide range of administrative and educational tasks.

- Equipped with computer skills in MS Office Suite and other application.

- Skilled relationship builder with the ability to work with people of different personalities.

- Possess good verbal, written communication & presentation skills

Duties

- To communicate with schools, corporate & families for organising & planning of learning programmes
- To work with internal team members and external partners, to prepare materials/ logistics required for programmes, such as customisation of activity sheets
- To assist on finance administration, such as issuing of quotations & invoices
- To work closely with freelance educators for operation & training scheduling
-To assist in other secretarial and general office administrative duties, such as database management
