Working Hours: \xc2\xb7 Wed- Friday: 2pm-6pm. \xc2\xb7 Sat: 8.30am-7pm. \xc2\xb7 Sun: 8.30am-5.30pm \xc2\xb7 Rest days: Mon & Tue The company is an Education Enrichment Centre for primary school level. Located in Novena area of Singapore. About the role The Centre Management Executive is responsible for managing center operations and providing outstanding customer service. He/She leads the development of center initiatives and improvements for the effective delivery of center programs and services. He/She also drives the development of procedures, standards, and risk management frameworks. He/She is a highly experienced individual who possesses strong organizational skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and parents. What you will do \xc2\xb7 Oversee the daily operations of the teaching center \xc2\xb7 Liaise with HQ, teachers, and parents with regard to students and Centre matters \xc2\xb7 Plan for logistics and other administrative issues \xc2\xb7 Handle inquiries and provide regular feedback \xc2\xb7 Handle fees payment and claim matters \xc2\xb7 Other related duties as assigned by the Superior Suitable Candidates \xc2\xb7 Relevant experience in managing a Student Care Centre, Childcare Centre, or Kindergarten or office will be good \xc2\xb7 Good organizational skills \xc2\xb7 Polytechnic Diploma and above \xc2\xb7 Possess good communication skills \xc2\xb7 High responsibility, Meticulous, and able to multi-task Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $2,800.00 - $3,400.00 per month Benefits:
