Foundation Global Education We are an IECA (Independent Educational Consultants Association) member serving families mainly in the Greater China region for quality overseas education in America, England, Canada, Switzerland, Hong Kong and Singapore. We assist families in application of international school in the region as well.

Job Responsibilities

• Providing expert advice to families and students on a full range of educational options and the application and planning strategies.
• Provide admissions counselling services to families and students
• Act as the key liaison personnel for respective student assigned, ensuring the team is updated on any progress or updates pertaining to the planing and application process
• Handling students’ application process and assisting in data collection, document verification, test registration, logistics planning, and application submission.
• Building, managing, and maintaining positive and professional client relationships with families and students throughout the whole application process.
• Providing after admission services including Visa application, bridging course recommendation, University planning ect.
• Assist in marketing activities including school info sessions and seminars, students and parents sharing, head coach information sessions, etc.
• Any other ad-hoc task assigned by team leader.

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in any discipline.
• Bilingual speaking in Chinese and English are required, in order to liaise with Chinese speaking students and parents.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong service mindset and willing to go extra miles for clients and students.
