Work with Lead/Deputy Lead, Local Engagement to manage local student recruitment efforts
Promote brand-name and plan student recruitment strategies
Attend to customer enquirers via various channels
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable education pathways
Assist with programme applications and documentation checking
Build strong product knowledge and improve customer service skills
Comply with work policies and procedures
Ensure quality standards are met for the department.
Evaluate SAs performance and provide feedback
Facilitate communication between SAs and recruitment team
Develop and implement strategies to attract new SAs
Ensure compliance with university policies and regulations
Collaborate with university departments to provide professional development
Continuously assess and improve SA program
Requirements:
Bachelor degree required
2-3 years of working experience preferred in sales, marketing or customer service
Experienced in customer service and sales conversion processes
Knowledgeable about higher education industry in Singapore
Available to work flexible hours with alternating Saturdays from 9am to 1pm
Strong diplomacy skills and ability to handle diverse customers
Pleasant and patient personality with excellent service mindset
Strong interpersonal skills and proactive attitude.
