The Education Programme Coordinator being an entry level position focusing on supporting the content creation and development of MY JOURNAL activities and lessons, ensuring alignment with the curriculum on personal growth and social-emotional awareness for children aged 5 to 17.
This role also requires the smooth coordination with translation partners to review content relevance and to support the standardization process across different regions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the development of lesson plans and activities for MY JOURNALunder the guidance of senior team members,
Support content creation for projects, events and workshops,
Perform various administrative tasks across business in relation to workshops' preparation and events' logistics,
Work with translation partners to review and refine translated content for accuracy and cultural relevance,
Maintain records and contribute to tracking programme impact and performance,
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective and efficient implementation of educational content.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Passion for content creation in education and social-emotional learning (SEL),
Good organizational and administrative skills,
Basic proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, MS Office Suite etc.
Strong communication and team collaboration abilities,
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
WORK HOURS:
Weekdays between 09:00 and 17:30 hours.

Overseas trips as per company's requirements and plans,
