We're seeking an Education Sales Executive to join our expanding team.
Duties
Make high-volume outbound calls to businesses and present our tech education programs
Assess prospect needs and recommend ideal courses
Follow up on warm leads via calls, CRM, and WhatsApp
Meet daily/monthly targets for calls, talk time, and sales
Collaborate with your team and aim for top bonus levels
Receive coaching, use tested scripts, and leverage closing tools
Qualifications
Prior experience in telesales or inside sales is a big plus
Strong, confident phone presence with clear communication skills
Driven to hit targets and able to stay resilient when facing rejection
Reliable: punctual, responsive, consistent in your performance
Comfortable with high call volumes and being measured by activity-based metrics
