Oracle University is seeking to hire dynamic Education Sales Representative to drive engagement with key customers and position the value of Oracle's Cloud Learning solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES : This individual contributor role will
Engage with key customers assess customer adoption stage and their employee learning needs, map to available learning solutions, and thus create learning proposals which results in faster and effective adoption by customer, and better ROI on software investment.
Own and drive specific account plans for assigned customers
Build and manage business pipeline towards achievement of individual sales targets
Build and manage a network of education channel partners
Engage with colleges and universities to promote adoption of Oracle courses in the curriculum
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Experience in directly selling IT training to large customers
Experience in building and managing Education partner network towards creating win-win business outcomes
Experience in engaging with colleges and universities and local skills development programs desireable.
Track record of achieving sales targets including proven experience to build and manage pipeline, ability to accelerate the sales process towards in-time deal closure.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience in handling territories and accounts in multiple countries.
