About this Position Empower salon professionals through training, support product innovation, resolve technical issues, collaborate cross-functionally, share market insights, and deliver impactful education that drives customer engagement, loyalty, and commercial success.
What youll do

• Conduct engaging seminars, in-salon education sessions, and hands-on technical trainings to elevate customer knowledge and product usage.
• Evaluate new product innovations and provide structured feedback to R&D and marketing teams.
• Manage technical hotline inquiries and resolve product-related complaints with professionalism and speed.
• Support local PPS, Marketing, and Sales teams to support campaigns, launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Share customer insights, competitor activities, and potential sales leads with relevant internal stakeholders to drive strategic actions.
• Facilitate product and technical training for Sales and PPS teams to ensure consistent knowledge and messaging.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with salon professionals and prospective customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Integrate commercial objectives into educational activities to support business growth and customer retention.
• Deliver impactful presentations that inspire, educate, and influence diverse audiences.

What makes you a good fit

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a hairdresser, ideally with prior salon training exposure or at least 6-12 months as an ASK Assistant.
• Strong technical foundation across core disciplines: color, care, form, cutting, and finishing.
• Confident public speaking and presentation abilities, with a passion for educating and inspiring others.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple training sessions and travel schedules.
• Willingness to travel regularly for in-salon trainings, seminars, and events.
