What the role is:As an Educational Psychologist in the Special Educational Needs Division, you will lead the delivery of psychological services to schools as well as develop and review policies, programmes, research and develop resources.What you will be working on:

• Provide guidance on issues pertaining to educational support for students with special educational needs in mainstream schools \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop, monitor and evaluate support structures and processes, programmes, as well as develop resources to support students with special educational needs in mainstream schools \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement strategies to ensure quality psycho-educational services for students with special educational needs \xe2\x80\xa2 Mentor Associate Psychologists \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead teams in research and development projects related to special educational needs \xe2\x80\xa2 Design and conduct training programmes on special educational needs for teachers and allied educators

What we are looking for:

• Good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills as well as ability to work well with different stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Embrace the value of professionalism and has a strong passion and drive to work with students with special educational needs and external stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 At least a Master\'s degree in Educational Psychology, School Psychology or Applied Psychology \xe2\x80\xa2 Applicants should possess relevant requirements for registration or accreditation with recognised professional body as \'Educational or School Psychologists\' In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
