Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Prepare lesson plans with objectives and learning outcomes that will engage children and to meet varying needs and learning styles of children.

\xc2\xb7 Plan and prepare class projects, field trips and other experiential activities.

\xc2\xb7 Develop and shape children\'s character and moral values.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the upkeep of classroom and centre\'s environment.

\xc2\xb7 Participate in event management as well as marketing and sales activities.

\xc2\xb7 Build and maintain relationships with parents.
