A EFIRA Support (12-month contract, extendable) job has just become available at one of the global banks in Singapore. About the EFIRA Support (12-month contract, extendable) Role:
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining of Capital Market applications used by worldwide users while being involved in technical and functional aspects for routing and viewing transactions between systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional and technical expertise on Efira, offering guidance and assistance to users and other IT teams
• Manage and prioritise requests from users and other IT teams, ensuring efficient resolution., while overseeing the operations of the Efira application, including monitoring and ensuring its smooth functioning
• Monitor the performance and stability of the Efira application, promptly addressing any issues that arise
• Take charge of incident management, promptly responding to and resolving any incidents related to Efira
• Manage and address problems related to Efira, implementing effective solutions to prevent reoccurrence

To succeed in this role as a EFIRA Support (12-month contract, extendable), you need to have at least four years of experience dealing with EFIRA support. Other than having ITL certification. Key Requirements:

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in relevant specialities
• Three or more years of experience in support activity while having strong knowledge in XML, SQL, PL/SQL, MQ Series, CFT and Control-M
• Added bonus to have knowledge in Capital Market front office & back office, while exposure to Capital Market applications like Summit and Murex, etc.
• Extensive knowledge of monitoring solutions like OMI, ITRS, Geneos, etc.
• Ability to work well under pressure, he/she must have strong analytical/troubleshooting skills
• Open to work in shifts as support is required 24/6
