Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and proactive EHS Engineer / Sustainability Engineer to join our team. This role will support environmental, health, and safety (EHS) initiatives across the APAC region, driving sustainability projects and compliance programs in alignment with corporate and regulatory requirements. The position is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience and reports to the Regional Safety & Security ManagerMain ResponsibilitiesEnvironmental Sustainability & EHS Initiatives:

• Support and implement environmental sustainability projects in line with corporate and APAC regional strategies.

• Assist in ensuring EHS compliance with relevant local regulations, company policies, and best practices.

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainability improvements and ensure compliance with environmental management systems.

Strategic Coordination & Planning:

• Collaborate with teams across APAC to coordinate EHS and sustainability programs.

• Provide support in sustainability reporting, including data collection, trend analysis, and insights for continuous improvement.

• Assist in developing EHS and sustainability action plans to achieve company goals.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Conduct data analysis and performance tracking for sustainability and EHS initiatives.

• Prepare reports and presentations for management review, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

• Monitor key EHS and sustainability metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma /Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of EHS regulations, environmental sustainability, and corporate sustainability reporting.

• Familiar with data analysis tools and ability to interpret sustainability data is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

• Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders across the APAC region.

Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 6pma
