\xe2\x80\xa2 Perform accident / near miss investigations and report findings with the recommended corrective actions to prevent recurrence to respective management.

\xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate, conduct or facilitate Health & Safety training activities and safety meetings.

\xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with site Operations Executives and Person in Charge at Projects on all Workplace Safety and Health issues.

\xe2\x80\xa2 Identify unsafe act or behaviours, advice and counsel all employees and subcontractors in acceptable safety performance and practices with references to the stipulated Risk Assessment, safe work practices, report to management when necessary.

\xe2\x80\xa2 Perform safety risk assessments and support operation team for safety related administrative works as per customer\xe2\x80\x99s request.

\xe2\x80\xa2 Perform monthly site audits/inspection.

\xe2\x80\xa2 Assist to maintain companys Integrated Management System (IMS), system compliance through audits and documentation

\xe2\x80\xa2 Self-driven, able to deliver within short notification/deadline \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma and above in Safety or relevance \xe2\x80\xa2 Registered Safety Officer, MOM \xe2\x80\xa2 Attended Safety Management Officer Course for Construction (prefer) \xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge of Safety Regulations and Procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possessed own transport / Motorbike driving license \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to present a professional image and to act in the best interests of the Company \xe2\x80\xa2 Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Application (words, excel, ppt). \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge on IMS
