About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

HSE Manager

to oversee safety, health, environment, and security management for large-scale construction projects in Singapore, particularly within the pharmaceutical and related industries. This role involves driving compliance, leading audits, training, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

------------------------

Develop and implement site HSE execution plans, procedures, and safety measures. Lead HSE audits, inspections, and meetings; ensure subcontractor compliance. Provide HSE training and enforce safety standards across project staff. Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement actions. Manage accident investigations, reporting, and corrective actions. Liaise with authorities, clients, contractors, and suppliers on HSE matters.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environment, Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 7 years of construction site HSE management experience, with at least 5 years in pharmaceutical, chemical, or food industries (Singapore experience preferred). Strong knowledge of local laws, BizSAFE, ISO systems, WSHMS, and GGBS. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin. Singapore safety management qualification required. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
