Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced

EHS & Sustainability Advisor

to lead and deliver environmental, health, safety, and sustainability projects across Singapore and the ASEAN region.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute EHS and sustainability-related consultancy projects across Singapore and ASEAN. Lead and perform

environmental compliance audits

,

environmental due diligence (EDD)

,

impact assessments (EIA)

, and

pollution control studies (PCS)

. Conduct

environmental site assessments (ESA)

and support

contaminated site remediation

planning and implementation. Develop and implement

Environmental Management & Monitoring Plans (EMMP)

. Assist clients in

greenhouse gas (GHG) reporting

, sustainability reporting, and

zero waste to landfill

initiatives. Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and best practices for EHS and sustainability in industrial, commercial, and development sectors. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets. Engage and communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, contractors, and other key stakeholders. Support business development through proposal writing, client presentations, and identifying new opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in

Environmental Engineering

,

Environmental Science

,

Chemical Engineering

, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years

of experience in

environmental consultancy

or a related field, with a proven track record in delivering EHS and sustainability projects. Familiarity and experience with projects such as: Environmental compliance audits, Environmental due diligence (EDD), Environmental impact assessments (EIA), Pollution control studies (PCS), Environmental site assessments (ESA), Contaminated land remediation, Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reporting, Environmental management & monitoring planning (EMMP), Zero waste or sustainability transition initiatives. Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in regional, multi-disciplinary teams. Professional membership relevant to environmental would be an advantage.
