About our client : Our client is the world\'s leading company in the Oil&Gas industry.

About the role:

• Responsible for project tender preparation, evaluation, and execution
• Ensure that the project is executed in compliance with the company standards, including safety and regulatory requirements
• Responsible for the post-implementation review of projects in terms of maintainability of plant & equipment and making recommendations for continuous improvement
• Manage stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
• Responsible for coaching and guiding Project teams
• Responsible for project governance
• Responsible for compliance with the company\xe2\x80\x99s standards and regulatory requirement
• Responsible for participating in the post-implementation review of the overall project
• Responsible for stakeholder relationship management
• Responsible for managing people

About you:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical or Control Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical sector
• Familiar and experienced with brownfield project-related works, and good working knowledge of all phases of project development and execution.
• Conversant with International Standards such as API, ASME, ANSI, OCIMF, NFPA, IEC, NEC, ISA, IP, Singapore Standard Code of Practice
• Well-versed in SCADA, DCS, SIS, PLC programming, HV Transmission, and LV Distribution
• Power system, ATG System, and TAS System
• Fair knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project for EPC schedule in Level 4/5.
• Familiar with API 650 for tank design and maintenance.
• Project or work exposure in the tank, piping, civil, structure, painting, insulation engineering, construction or maintenance.
• Project or work exposure in process design or rotating equipment / terminal equipment maintenance
• Project proficiency with Engineering and Operational knowledge background and experience in managing tank farms and similar projects

Other:

• Work location: Jurong Island (transport provided at Jurong East)
• Work hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm), Saturday (8.30am to 12pm)
• Contract duration: 1 year, renewable
