Opportunity to work in the globally renown US MNC within the Chemical Industry

Objectives of the position

Perform a variety of skilled electrical & instrumentation (E&I) duties including store inventory management, project execution, new equipment installation, repair, and modification of existing plant equipment and/or components.



Perform equipment and facilities maintenance through repair, troubleshoot towards various mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic equipment

Ability to utilize Hart Communicator, Pressure Calibrator, Process Calibrator, Multimeter, Thermal Imager

Project follow up and vendor management

Maintain electrical switch gear and power distribution

Raise permit to work for contractor in accordance to PSM requirement

Communicate with production, quality control, warehouse, and other departments to maintain a safe and effective environment and to ensure quality products

Seeking opportunities to develop and stay current on industrial technologies and equipment

Perform or assist with any operations, as required, or directed to maintain workflow or respond to emergency conditions

Requirements

Nitec or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or its equivalent skilled trade

Min 5 years of relevant Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) experiences within the Process Construction Maintenance (PCM) sector

Knowledge of Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) equipment operations and maintenance skill and knowledge

Familiar with P&ID, electrical drawing, instrument loop diagram, Engineering Drawing

Experienced in vendor/contract management.
