About Our Client
A training and consulting firm with a focus on Creative Thinking, Innovation, Strategy and Entrepreneurship programmes. It is in the business of transforming lives through innovative and impactful training programmes.- Design and develop engaging and memorable learning opportunities (including using authoring software to create videos from slide-based courses, interactive quizzes, screencasts, gamification (by awarding points for correct answers in role-plays and quizzes) then publish final eLearning modules in a learning management system
- Develop, conceptualize, and edit storyboard that will be translated into finished interactive content
- Transform a professional, business PowerPoint design practice into a fun design
- Transform formal, business- oriented PowerPoint designs into designs that are engaging, lively and entertaining
The Successful Applicant
- About 3-5 years of experiences in the e-Learning environement
- Proficiency with the following authoring software: iSpring (an added advantage), Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360 or any other authoring software
- Excellent MS PowerPoint abilities and a creative eye for graphic design
- Innovative approach to online content development, with the ability to make activities and interactions come to life
- Diploma in Graphic/Instructional Design or equivalent related studies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
