of the following domains: Electrical or MEP using Revit and other design tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop accurate and detailed
BIM models
in
Electrical
disciplines using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate integration of design concepts and project requirements.
Interpret and translate designs into detailed 3D models and documentation.
Perform clash detection and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts.
Generate shop drawings, schedules, and other deliverables directly from BIM models.
Update and maintain BIM models to reflect project changes and revisions.
Ensure models comply with
project-specific BIM standards
,
LOD requirements
, and
local regulatory guidelines
(Singapore BIM e-Submission etc.).
Provide technical support and BIM-related insights to the design and project teams.
Assist in implementing company BIM standards and best practices across projects
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
3 to 5 years
of BIM modeling experience in
one or more
of the following domains:
Electrical or MEP
Proficient in software such as
Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of domain knowledge, space planning, and material specifications.
Knowledge of BIM coordination processes and clash detection tools is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
Good communication and teamwork skills to work in a collaborative BIM environment.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of additional BIM tools or platforms is an advantage.
Certification in BIM modeling or related fields will be a plus.
