Job Responsibilities:

Manage the Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) system on-site
Interpret and communicate shop drawings with Site Managers and consultants
Possess good knowledge of Programmable Logic Control (PLC) to control and power equipment in ACMV
Propose and implement ACMV electrical installations
Ensure progress according to schedule and maintain quality standards, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical issues promptly
Carry out equipment start-up/testing and commissioning interface with Building Automation System (BAS)
Design ACMV electrical installation drawings and control starter panel of ACMV equipment
Conduct diagnostic cum trouble-shooting on ACMV system

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of hands-on site experience
Knowledge of design and building project and relevant code of practice
Proficiency in 2D/3D AutoCAD is required.
Working Time: 8.30am to 5.30pm from Mon to Fri and 9am to 1pm on Sat
