We are currently seeking an experienced and accredited Electrical Engineer to join our team as an Associate Principal Consultant.

Job Overview:

As an Associate Principal Consultant, you will play a key role in leading and managing electrical engineering projects, providing technical expertise, and overseeing a team of engineers. You will be responsible for the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards, and delivering high-quality solutions for our clients. Your experience and expertise in infrastructure projects, team management, and consulting will be essential in driving the success of our projects in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical engineering projects, from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Provide technical expertise in electrical engineering, including design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems for infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, architects, and clients to develop integrated and sustainable solutions.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and relationship management.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and resources, and ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Review and approve technical documents, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, innovations, and best practices in electrical engineering and share knowledge with the team.

• Bachelor\'s degree in electrical engineering.
• Accreditation as a Professional Engineer in Singapore by PEB is a must.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
• Strong team management experience, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring teams.
• Consulting background, with experience in providing engineering solutions to clients.
• In-depth knowledge of local regulations and standards related to electrical engineering in Singapore.
• Proficient in using engineering software and tools for design and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address technical issues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
