Job Description

:

• Performs the 5S principle before and after work
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly inspections of all facilities, equipment and grounds to ensure preventive repairs and general maintenance of facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment are in good working order
• Perform required minor and/or moderate repairs and general maintenance of facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and painting tasks exercising discretion to identify projects that require services
• Provide supervision of external contractors for grounds, preventative maintenance programs, janitorial services and other contracted professional and/or licensed contractor maintenance support
• Provide oversight of facilities maintenance to ensure facilities and grounds are properly maintained
• Promotes established safety programs and ensure safe operating procedures and monitor employee compliance
• Reads, understands and implements schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Supervises and/or participates in the repair and maintenance of facility equipment's.
• Support production and other section through completion of job order request
• Ensure that electrical distribution system is safe and in good condition
• Support energy and water conservation program through monitoring of electric and water consumption

Job Qualifications:

• Registered Electrical Engineer
• Working experience in a manufacturing company preferably PEZA company.
• With strong work ethics
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Critical-thinking skills.
• With positive attitude and can handle pressure.
