Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the mechanical engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical support.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical engineers, architects, and project managers, to develop integrated M&E design solutions.
- Perform detailed mechanical design and analysis, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and fire protection, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop project specifications, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to identify engineering requirements.
- Review and approve engineering designs and calculations.
- Provide technical guidance during construction and commissioning phases.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the mechanical engineering team.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on M&E design projects.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and design standards (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ASHRAE, NFPA).
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
