Singapore, SingaporeCompany: Singtel GroupSingtel x Singapore Institute of Technology have embarked on a Work-Study Programme (WSP) launched in Feb 2023. The WSP is called \xe2\x80\x9cThe Catalyst Programme\xe2\x80\x9d which is a structured on-the-job (OJT) development WSP that allows Polytechnic Diploma holders to secure a full-time position with Singtel while pursuing a university honours degree in BEng Infrastructure and Systems Engineering. This programme is open to Singtel\'s internal employees as well as external polytechnic diploma holders preferably from the Engineering domain. • Assist in planning and managing Data Centre High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) electrical system maintenance tasks, helping ensure work is completed as scheduled.
• Support the implementation of maintenance measures in line with industry standards and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate daily with third-party vendors, helping to monitor performance and adherence to SLAs.
• Provide support during emergency and critical events, assisting senior engineers in responding to on-site incidents and resolving facility issues.
• Help coordinate on-site upgrade or tech refresh projects, including support for new infrastructure projects.
• Focus on upskilling in the latest data center technology and participate in on-the-job training to gain industry knowledge and experience.
• Report any technical issues or escalations to the Data Centre Maintenance Lead for guidance.

• A completed diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Ability to work effectively to all electrical system issues.
