Job Responsibilities

Review project specification and drawings to ensure compliance
Prepare project execution, quality and safety plans
Ensure project activities are completed on schedule and within the budget
Ensure consistency in execution of project activities
Testing and commissioning of project system
Prepare and submit material proposal, method of statement, Risk Assessment, Technical submission for approval by relevant project stakeholders and authorities
Arrange site inspection and project records keeping
Identify and resolve project issues
Ensure on time submission of work done certificate duly signed by client for monthly progress claims submission

Job Requirements

Diploma / Degree / Higher Nitec in Electrical Electronic Engineering or related
Training provided - Welcome entry level
Experience in project management or in construction / building related field will be an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Mandarin speaking - require to work with Chinese clients
Require to travel to sites (town area)
5 days work (Monday to Friday , 9am to 6pm)
Work location at Ang Mo Kio
Salary up to $3500
