Prepare technical queries for ambiguities in drawings, specification and BOQ
Coordination with Quantity Surveyors and material take off when required
Technical evaluation of supplier/sub-contractor quotation as per tender requirements
Check all addendums and communication received from the client, ensuring all items are being clarified and considered in the pricing.
Attend meeting and site visits if required
For Site Electrical - estimates, prepares and assigns the resource such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
To ensure compliance of all QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT, SAFETY and HEALTH standards, requirements and procedures (e.g. use of proper forms, Standard Operating Procedures, use of appropriate Personnel Protective Equipment, attend tool box meeting, observe waste segregation, submit to security procedures when required, etc.
To perform other activities that may be assigned from time to time.
