RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support turn-key project by designing electrical circuitry and writing PLC program.
• Data collection of initial machine test run to meet specification and produce quality products.
• Improve, modify and troubleshoot machines to meet quality and output.
• Communicate and coordinate closely with mechanical engineers in machine concept design till implementation.
• Support and train BATAM local electrical technician within MED and Factories.
• Support factories manufacturing innovation projects.
• Coordinate with external vendor for projects from design to FAT.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years\' experience in factory automation.
• Able to design control circuitry and control box wiring.
• Good PLC programming skill in factory automation environment and vision knowledge.
• Work independently and self-driven. Analytical and good problem solver.
• Good communication and project management skill.
• Flexible & adaptable, able to work under pressure with tight delivery schedules.
• Able to travel to BATAM and oversea when project assigned.
• Microsoft office - Excel, Powerpoint, Words & Visio.
• Phyiscal fit and good eye-sight, no color blindness.
• Proficiency in English. Understanding Bahasa Indonesia or Japanese is an added advantage but not a must.
