Lead maintenance and instrumentation activities in manufacturing plants, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Coordinate and execute major field maintenance projects with a focus on worker safety and facility integrity.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to plant operations.
Drive instrumentation application studies and facility modifications to align with technical specifications and business requirements.
Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and competencies of staff and contractors.
Implement management systems based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SS506 standards to uphold quality and safety standards.

Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power/Energy Modules.
Basic knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC) and human-machine interfaces (HMI) is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and with external partners.
