Scope of work

1. Give sketch drawing to drafters, client and main contractor.

2. Understand our project scope of work, plan, submit, seek approval and execute on site.

3. Maintain and check submission list (Materials and shop drawings)

4. Maintain and check RFI submissions.

5. Issue MOS and approved drawing to site PM for execution.

6. Progress reporting through PPT photos, location, test reports.

7. Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, consultant representative (RE/RTO), relevant authorities and sub-contractors on M&E issues and challenges.

8. Attend all project meetings and progress meetings relating to meeting master program schedule.

9. Ensure timely production and submission of M&E shop drawings, materials submission and method statements. All M&E shop drawings, materials and method statement are to be approved before use.

*Well verse electrical shop drawing preparation and submission

*Maintain submission list records

*Email reminder and chaser for architectural or structural drawings shortfall

Pay: $2,800.00 - $5,500.00 per month
