Job Description

& Requirements :

Preparation of HV/MV/LV/ELV Electrical design, calculation, drawings, cost estimation, and details/schedules for projects. Lead in the coordination with other disciplines in preparation of design deliveries. Assist the Project Manager in up-keeping the project ISO quality documentation and records. To liaise and work with relevant authorities, sub-contractors, or clients on shop drawings, materials, and sample submissions. Monitor and supervise subcontractors' work progress according to shop drawings, method statements, material, and samples. Review and align electrical design drawings to ensure compliance with contract design specifications and guidelines. Knowledge of M&E and identifying discrepancies between M&E, structural, ID, architectural, and client provisions. Manage and execute projects as per stipulated timeline. Attend site coordination meetings to address issues and update progress.

Requirements :

Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering. Min. 3 Years of working experience in the Electrical Engineering design/Construction Industry. Knowledgeable in building design services, associated regulations, and technical standards. PE/LEW would have an advantage. Sound knowledge in BIM, Revit, and Autocad would be an advantage. Good working attitude and a team player. Proficient in Microsoft Office. * Shall be capable of working on own initiative.
