Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Electrical Engineer to manage and maintain all electrical systems across our site projects. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of electrical infrastructure--including temporary power supplies, heavy construction equipment, and site facilities--while ensuring full compliance with EMA, WSH, and international electrical safety standards.


Supervise and maintain electrical systems for construction equipment, site facilities (Mixer Plant and DSM) and temporary power networks. Ensure safe installation, testing and commissioning of electrical works in compliance with EMA and WSH regulations. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers on electrical works and equipment servicing. Lead fault diagnostics and root cause analysis for electrical issues to minimize downtime and optimize operational performance. Prepare reports, documentation and ensure records are kept up to date. Establish and enforce strict maintenance schedules and safety practices across all electrical systems. * Propose and implement innovative energy solutions to improve efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness of site operations.
