Job Description

Assist the project Manager in managing and monitoring the project progress to meet contractual requirements and timely delivery of committed work-scope within agreed schedule Liaising with consultants on construction drawing, as built drawing, design analysis, design work and design check for approval. Assist in preparation of method statement and construction sequence for project implementation. Assists in planning and deployment of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment and material. Assist in preparation of Project Presentation and Submission of Method Statement & Risk Assessment to Client/Consultants To maintain site drawings and documentation. To co-ordinate sub-contract works. Assist project manager in Project Costing, monthly progress claims and monthly progress report Support Quantity Surveyor (QS) in verifying progress payments and claims Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support to resolve construction-related issues effectively. Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications. Coordinating the handing-over of completed works to the client and completion of the necessary rectification works To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned

Job Requirements
