Job Responsibilities:
Liaise with the Main contractors on the planning and progress of M&E work to meet the project schedule
Supervise M&E works to ensure it adhere to specifications, are completed on schedule, within budget, and accurately documented.
Attend project meetings; liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors on M&E issues.
Undertake additional tasks as required to support operational needs and project requirements.
REQUIREMENTS :
Background in M&E works. Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering/ relevant on-job experience is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar role within the construction industry
Strong building M&E knowledge with hands-on experiences.
Knowledge in design and building project and relevant code of practice.
6 day workweek. Shift work might be required during critical phase.
