To review tender requirements and prepare cost estimation
To take off all equipment and materials qty accurately and prepare detail bill of quantities.
To prepare quotation and other necessary documents for tender submission.
To source, review and negotiate cost with vendors.
To prepare technical & productivity write-ups for tender submission.
To plan resources including manpower, plant & equipment during tender stage.
To plan for construction sequence & prepare master program during tender stage.
