Key Responsibilities\xef\xbc\x9a Support of engineering team on design and commissioning

• Be responsible for the crane control system and automation commissioning for ARMG(automation rail mounted cranes).
• Be responsible for the test plan and arrange the manpower base on the project schedule.
• Ensure the control of the technical content of the contractual documentation.-
• Checking and verify the documentation and drawings base on the requirements from ZPMC engineering.- PLC and HMI programing (SIEMENS S1500 , SIEMENS Driver) following the function description from ZPMC engineering.
• Be responsible for the FAT and SAT of electrical system and program from ARMG cranes.- Equipment start-up when required on site, including Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test.
• Submit the daily report for site manager.
• Write engineering documentation base on FAT and SAT.- Support for crane testing and process commissioning include I/O testing, instruments and parameter setting, program modification and so on.
• Analyze system issues and propose technical solutions to superiors;- Support the site commissioning activities, and other tasks assigned by superiors.

• Cooperate with ZPMC engineer on technical discussion and improvement.
• Troubleshooting-Timely answer to client\xe2\x80\x99s need for troubleshooting in automation and supervisions.
• On-site assistance on client\xe2\x80\x99s site as troubleshooting and instrumentation settling.
• Find the reason for incident shut-down and report to ZPMC engineering team.
• Loading of new software, or of program changes , or hardware modification, when ZPMC HQ required.

• Bachelor degree or above in electrical or automation.
• The government authorized electrical certification (LV/HV) and work license for electrical is a must.
• Knowledge in automated systems:\xc2\xb7 Automate: Siemens S7-1500, SIEMENS inverter, SICK leaser system.\xc2\xb7 Automation architecture: Ethernet TCP/IP, Profibus, profinet, C and C# programming language. Video Analyze.
• Knowledge in electrical engineering.
• Knowledge in field bus communication, frequency converter, valves, pumps.
• Knowledge about the IEC, SS standards, Safety laws in SG on electrical is a must.
• At least 6 years of experience of commissioning and service for automation rail mounted cranes is a must.
• More than 10 years working experience for Siemens crane automation system.
• Technological application for video analyze system and SICK leaser background will be preferred.
• Cross- cultural competence is an asset.
