Job Description

What the role is:You will be part of a project working as an Electrical Engineer on large scale commercial and integrated development and major A&A works.What you will be working on:Conduct feasibility study of electrical systems for new development and A&A projects based on different building typologies and functional usesReview consultant\'s design proposal for electrical systems are able to meet applicable standards, codes and project specifications at various stages of a project from feasibility studies, concept, schematic to detailed design development and constructionConsultation with regulatory authorities on system designLiaison with various stakeholder to establish users\' requirementsDevelop work scope, project requirements and technical specifications for electrical system designPrepare budgetary projection, timeline and strategy to meet project deliverablesConduct engineering studies and investigations and provide engineering guidanceSupervise work progress, review progress claims, attend to technical issue with contractor and relevant stakeholders and conduct progress meetingWhat we are looking for:Background and qualification in Electrical Engineering (recognised by PEB)Proficient with MS office program AutoCAD, BIM/RevitFamiliar with Code of Practices, regulations, electrical systems and authority submission managementAt least 10 years of relevant experience in design, development and construction of large scale building projectsGood communications and writing skillsFamiliar with Public Sector Contracts would be an advantageAbout Singapore Land Authority:The mission of the Singapore Land Authority is to optimise land resources for the economic and social development of Singapore.
