Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement electrical systems for HDB projects, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct electrical load calculations, develop wiring diagrams, and ensure energy-efficient solutions in line with sustainability goals. Oversee electrical system installations, testing, and commissioning for HDB and other public sector buildings. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other building services. Perform inspections and troubleshooting of electrical systems to maintain operational efficiency and safety. Provide technical support and guidance during the planning and execution phases of electrical installations. Adhere to all local codes, safety guidelines, and HDB project specifications. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and TAFEP standards, promoting a respectful and inclusive work environment. Prepare and review electrical system documentation, including reports, schematics, and testing results.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. At least 1 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering with a strong focus on HDB projects. Proficient in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar). Strong understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and emergency power systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
